Please give us as much information as you can on the online form, to assist your dental health assessment and future treatment. We will phone you back to confirm the private appointment and arrange payment. Our new patient assessment/10 point dental health check costs £80.00.

You can expect us to:
• Complete a 10 point dental health check.
• Deal with you politely and courteously.
• Check your head and neck for problems.
• Check for signs of mouth cancer.
• Do a check of the lining of your mouth.
• Assess the condition of your gums.
• Examine and chart your teeth.
• Advise you of any problems that you may have, and the options available.
• Advise you of any improvements that you can make in your cleaning regime.
• Give you a written treatment plan outlining your treatments and likely costs.
• Let you know if the plan or costs are likely to change, and provide an updated written plan.
• Do our utmost to run on time.
• Charge you for missed appointments or those cancelled at less than 24 hours notice.
We expect you to:
• Arrive a few minutes early to complete some paperwork. Check on the map that you know where we are!
• To bring a list of any medicines you currently take. (A repeat prescription is great for this).
• Give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. This does mean Friday for Monday appointments.
• Follow the oral hygiene advice we give you. (It really does help reduce future bills!)
• Treat us politely and courteously.
• Pay for each appointment on the day of treatment.
