Would you like all your future fillings to be made tooth coloured? Do you have dark amalgam fillings that you would like replaced?
We can place tooth coloured fillings in your teeth, to keep them looking as good as possible. Very often the cavity cut is smaller too, so less of your precious tooth tissue is drilled away, when compared with an amalgam filling. Depending on the size and position of the cavity, there are several materials that could be placed in your tooth – come and show us and we can discuss the options, and advise you which would be the most suitable.
We normally place a sheet of special rubber over your tooth, so that it remains completely dry during the bonding of your filling to your tooth – it feels a bit strange at first, but is also more comfortable in the long run.
